MEAL 2:
- 3oz red meat
- 1/2 cup of white rice – rice is measured cooked

- 3 oz chicken or 4 oz fish – meats are measured cooked
- 1 cup non creamy soup

MEAL 4
- 3 oz chicken, turkey or bison
- 1/2 cup of brown rice

- 6 egg whites seasoned to your liking OR 30 grams of MuscleSport® Slim Whey™ Protein (1 and half scoops) in 1/2 cup water with 8 ice cubes mixed in a blender. This will give it an ice cream consistency.

Fluids – Must have at least 64oz of water per day. Crystal Light® is okay. Diet soda is okay once or twice a day
Feel free to salt your foods for flavor during this portion of the diet.
This diet is for a female weighing 120-170lbs. If you are outside of that range you may need to eat more or less food to see results*

MEAL 3:
- 4 oz chicken or 5 oz fish – meats are measured cooked
- 4 oz sweet potato or 1/2 cup white rice – measured cooked – (only eat this carbohydrate portion of the meal if you exercised today or plan to exercise today)
- Large green salad with balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil (1 tablespoon each)

MEAL 4
- 4 oz chicken, turkey or bison
- 1 cup of spinach or string beans
MEAL 5 – BEFORE BED
